Exceptional lounge breakfast: Westin Executive Club @ The Westin Bahrain City Centre (27. December 2017)
The Westin Executive Club is one of the better equipped lounges for breakfast – you can find almost everything with a couple of shortfalls. While the selection of fresh fruit as well as Arabic delicacies like hummus is absolutely great …
… and you get to have a nice selection of vegetables which goes beyond the regular lounge offering …
… including a variety of pastries there is a nice selection of different cereals but there is no cold milk for it which makes me wonder why would you offer cereals if you don’t have liquid yogurt or milk. To be fair though, after pointing out the missing part, the milk was served to the table within less than a minute.
Another thing which is kind of missing is coffee – the machine was broken which called for the lounge responsible to prepare the coffee which is fine but was only feasible due to the fact that we were the only geusts at the lounge.
The lounge is spacious and nice in terms of interior design – especially the fact that you are not squeezed in there like in other lounges is great.
Last but not least, the lounge attendant was extremely friendly and professional making sure your stay at the lounge was a pleasant one. Absolutely liked it!
