Continuous good quality in terms of service and food: Restaurant Brasserie Freilager (28. March 2018)
Given, I’ve just had a gout attack, I decided to go for something reasonable in terms of intake of urate, so the “Freilager salad (leaf salads with edamame, cucumbers, pomegranate seeds, served with a coriander dressing)” (CHF 16.00) was delicious. Simple yet aromatic and rich.
The “tagliolini buffala (served with a cherry tomato sauce, rocket salad and mozzarella di buffala)” (CHF 28.00) was luscious too. The noodles were prepared perfectly al dente, the tomatoes were aromatic and slightly sweet which really made it a great dish.
The service was very caring and attentive making sure that we would get our dishes within no time and that the beverages were served asap. The place is nice in terms of atmosphere and you feel welcomed. Make sure to book a table in advance as even on a Wednesday evening, the place is rather crowded.
