Amazingly swift lunch service: Restaurant Farnsburg (9. August 2018)

| December 23, 2018 | 0 Comments

What’s outstanding about Farnsburg is the speed and friendliness of the service – within a few minutes, they bring you your beverages as well as the “menu salad”.

Today, I went for the “pork cordon bleu fiorentina (stuffed with gorgonzola and spinach)” (CHF 31.50). The cordon bleu is actually quite good, however, it is too stuffed with spinach and it is definitely too big a portion. But, if you are into a heavy hearty lunch, then this is perfect. The risotto was surprisingly good as well. So, all in all, a sound dish!

In summer, it’s nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The service is swift, friendly, jovial, and very practical. For a quick lunch, the Farnsburg remains a great place.
