Functional lounge but not really worth spending time in: Executive Lounge @ Marriott Hamburg Hotel (1. November 2018)
The executive lounge in the Marriott Hamburg hotel is overall quite decent – and definitely better than expected. The selection of different things to have for breakfast is actually surprisingly good starting with cheeses, cold cuts and salmon …
… a variety of different breads and scrambled eggs …
… as well as all the butter and jam you need …
… plus a variety of cold beverages …
… and the mandatory cereal selection. In terms of interior design, the place isn’t really that appealing but it is generally decent. The waiter in the lounge is friendly and helpful and is attending the tables swiftly (cleaning up).
It is rather ideal to work a bit after breakfast but it is not the place you want to spend hours in. If you stay here it is fine to use the lounge but it is definitely not among these must see things.
