Increased waiting time during rush hour: Restaurant Mamma Assunta (6. May 2019)

| May 29, 2019 | 0 Comments

The Mamma Assunta offers a nice selection of different Italian dishes for lunch. This time, I went for the “Pizza Zingaresca (tomatoes, mozzarella, anchovies, capers, onions, garlic)” (CHF 19.00) which is not something you should eat if you still have a bunch of meetings upcoming as the tastes are rather intense and probably not the nicest for your surrounding. The pizza is nicely thin and the taste is good.

The service was a bit slow but friendly and they genuinely try to make it a positive experience for you. When you arrive 12:15pm though, you will have to get used to the idea to wait a bit until the food comes. If you are earlier or later on the other hand, the waiting time reduces quite massively.
