Delicious lunch offering but overwhelmed service: Restaurant Ruben’s Bistro (26. August 2019)

| October 4, 2019 | 0 Comments

The “pippilotti salad” has a quite nice combination of flavors and ingredients like avocado, goat cheese, and different types of salad. So, all in all it is a very enjoyable dish but there is one thing which makes me not understand their concept. It took them a solid 25 minutes to prepare that. I get it that it is busy over lunch but if the table has nothing but the weekly menu and a salad which shouldn’t be so difficult to prepare, 25 minutes is too long.

The place is generally nice but nothing extraordinary. And the same is with the service. They are very friendly and helpful but I just don’t get why they need so long to get any of this done. So, if you have time, the Ruben’s is a good place to visit. However, if you are in a hurry, I’d recommend you not to come here.
