Delicious dishes but unfriendly service: Restaurant la focacceria (10. September 2019)
The la focacceria remains a good place for a dinner even when it’s already rather late – since the kitchen is open for longer than 10pm. I went for the “stracciatella (the creamy and smooth center from delicious burrata, with olive oil)” (CHF 9.50) which looked a bit questionable due to the oil layer but was actually super delicious as it was incredibly creamy.
The “ravioli al burro con salvia (ricotta-mangold ravioli with sage-butter)” (CHF 20.00) were cooked perfectly al dente just as it should be but were served on an oil layer which was somewhat unnecessary.
The place is nice in terms of atmosphere and the service is actually relatively swift. But I must say that we have experienced better service in the same premise previously.
