A lovely little place in the city center: Café in der 12 (23. November 2019)
Sometimes you find the loveliest places when you just randomly walk around in a city. There is a little area in the city center of Nuremberg which offers something like a tiny Christmas market which seems to be there all year round. I found a Café called “Café in der 12” which is tiny but very lovely in terms of atmosphere. I went for some “bread with spread” and a “hot ginger tea”.
As mentioned, the place is absolutely lovely and definitely worth visiting when you are in Nuremberg (and especially if it is as cold as it was when I visited)!
The place is a self-service place which takes a bit of the ‘relaxed element’ away but once you’ve scored a place inside on the sofa-like seats and get to enjoy your warm drink, all is really okay.
