Amazing place to enjoy a traditional Arabic shisha: Tetería Nazarí (28. December 2019)

| February 3, 2020 | 0 Comments

The great thing about Granada is that the city was once ruled by Arabs which still shows in various elements of the city. One of them being the fact that there are many tea houses where they also sell shisha. So, it was time for me to get an “apple shisha” (EUR 9.00) which is very good but if you ask for “natural coal” you’ll be charged an additional EUR 3.00 (which is still fine but they should tell you upfront).

The place isn’t big but hosts about 30-35 people and it was always full. As soon as one table clears, someone walks in to occupy it. The “tea Marroqui (green tea, hierbabuena y azúcar)” (EUR 2.90) is absolutely delicious and definitely worth ordering – also because it goes very well with the shisha. All in all, if you like traditional Arabic tea and/ or shisha, the Tetería Nazarí is definitely a place I can recommend.
