Perfect for breakfast: Restaurant Barra de Tapas by Carles Abellan @ W Barcelona (12. January 2020)

As mentioned, the breakfast selection in the Barra de Tapas is definitely better than in the Salt. It ranges from a variety of jams …

… to pastries …

… nuts and dried fruit …

… cereals …

… salmon …

… cheeses …

… fresh fruit …

… and even more fruit …

… plus a variety of different salads and vegetables …

… three types of tortilla …

… juices …

… and bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs.

So, all in all, the breakfast selection at the Restaurant Barra de Tapas by Carles Abellan might not be the great Michelin star restaurant it pretends to be but it is definitely a great bet for a great breakfast. One thing has to be assured though when you walk in – order your omelet straight away as else you won’t get it until you’re done with all the rest you want to eat.
