Absolutely decent business lunch: Restaurant Loft Five (3. February 2020)

| March 7, 2020 | 0 Comments

While the Loft Five used to be one of the places I used to frequent quite often – what I always liked and also did so today was the fact that they are rather swift when it comes to the lunch menu. Today, I went for the “Jerusalem artichoke risotto with black tiger prawns” (CHF 35.00) which is a bit on the expensive side really but the risotto was good although a bit too watery for my personal gusto and the black tiger prawns were enjoyable as well.

If you get one of the high chair tables close to the window, it is rather pleasant as you have space and privacy – something which isn’t the case with most other tables. The service is friendly and attentive and overall doing a good job. The prices for the beverages on the other hand are absolutely okay with CHF 6.50 for 0,5l water and CHF 6.00 for a double espresso. Given, the Loft Five is close to the main station and a couple of larger companies, it is highly recommended to book a table in advance.
