Very decent offer for a business lunch: Restaurant Brasserie Schiller (10. September 2020)
Sometimes, it’s easy what to get. One of the last sunny days this years (although I hope differently), I decided to have a good beef tartare as a main course. The “tartare de filet de boeuf (from Schrofenhof Limousin beef, served with quail egg, butter toast and fries”) (CHF 38.00) was actually quite delicious. And when I asked for more toast and butter when they served it in the beginning, they started working on that pretty much immediately so, for once, I had enough toast throughout the lunch and didn’t have to wait until my bread would arrive again!
Else, the place is nice when you get to sit outside. But I would more specifically book a table in the central area as it is a bit sunnier than close to the building. So, my lesson learned for the future. And that is also true because the service there wasn’t really that attentive and you would have to wait quite a bit some times until someone would show up. Still, all in all, a good lunch offering.
