A nice elitist beach club: Cove Beach @ Caeasar’s Palace (6. March 2021)

| May 20, 2021 | 0 Comments

The “Cove Beach” is a nice but kind of elitist beach club. Admission is only possible if you fit their profile – and it’s 200 AED per person to enter (although 100 AED is for consumption). However, the place is nice and the service is relatively attentive when you’re on your sunbeds. After ordering lunch, i.e., “edamame (steamed soy beans with sea salt)” (AED 38), “cove beach salad (mizuna salad, avocado, green apples, asparagus, miso and apple dressing)” (AED 55), “mini burgers (home-made wagyu sliders served with lettuce, tomatoes and Gruyère cheese)” (AED 70) and “lobster roll (lobster with Japanese mayonnaise, cucumber with lime and herbs and served with skinny fries)” (AED 85), things were served relatively quickly. The cove beach salad is really just greens which is perfect to detox. The mini burgers were delicious while I wasn’t too much into the lobster rolls. But the edamame are just somehow a safe bet.

The “double apple shisha” (AED 110) was quite decent but given it was a relatively windy day, the charcoal cooled down a bit too quickly so it made smoking not too easy. However, the shisha responsible would show up on a regular basis ensuring the shisha would still be working.

The place itself is actually nice and generally appealing in terms of setup, layout, ‘decoration’ as well as in terms of people overall.

So, all in all, the Cove Beach club is a nice place worth a visit but make sure to come early to get the best sunbeds.
