Nice service and lovely pizzas: Restaurant Rosso (23. April 2021)

Since in the first week of open restaurants, things were still largely closed, I decided to try the Pizzeria Rosso again and I figured it was not a one-off but the place is actually absolutely great. It ensures that you get a tasty pizza, in this case it was “Pizza Bufala con mozzarella di bufala, prosciutto crudo e rucola” (CHF 28.00) and the crust was, again, perfectly prepared and the ingredients on top just really made it a delicious pizza.

And, furthermore, the service was, once more, great, i.e., really friendly and the kitchen was swift, i.e., bringing the pizza within a few minutes after the order. So, just again, make sure to book your table in advance. If you actually manage to get one on the little ‘balcony’, it is even nicer.
