Nice steakhouse with swift service: Restaurant Toro Negro (1. August 2021)
The Toro Negro is a steakhouse which offers that – steaks. And good ones. I arrived around 9.15pm and the place was almost empty where I almost felt something like pity for them. The upside for me personally was that I was attended super quickly, got my sparkling water, and got served my “filet steak grande (300gr) with French fries” (EUR 27.90) within a few minutes. It was cooked to temperature as requested and was actually good in terms of flavor and in terms of texture. The French fries were fine too and went well with the sauces served.
The “side salad” was much better than expected to be honest since it also contained more than just green leaf salad and the sauce was actually tasty.
The place itself is decent in terms of atmosphere and the waiter is efficient and makes sure you get what you need in due time. Not saying he was the most motivated waiter I have ever seen but definitely doing his job.
All in all, the Restaurant Toro Negro is a good place for steak – I feel like it’s a bit underappreciated but would visit again.
