A decent lounge breakfast: Executive Lounge @ Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel (25. September 2021)
They had recently renovated the Paris Marriott Opera Ambassador Hotel and it shows. The rooms are actually quite nice and not as tiny as they usually are in Parisian hotels. They have also set up a new executive lounge on the top floor which offers a decent breakfast selection …
… and lovely small seating areas. While you’d be high enough to see the Eiffel tour, you actually can’t as the windows are too tiny and you don’t really have a view which is kind of a pity since it would improve the ‘value’ of the place much more but well.
All in all, if you can eat at the executive lounge, that’s nice and I do like the lounge in terms of design. However, in terms of breakfast selection it’s limited. The lady at the check-in told me that it is the same in the executive lounge as below in the main breakfast area but I doubt that (didn’t have a chance to compare) since the selection upstairs was rather limited all in all.
