Healthy but not comfortable to sit down: Restaurant Stadtsalat (29. September 2021)

| November 24, 2021 | 0 Comments

I had intended to go for a meatless version for lunch – however, they didn’t have “creamy burrata” in stock, so I had to decide quick and went back to my comfort food – meat! The “Havelland Beef Bowl (bio rice, rocket salad, broccoli, roasted mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, bio havelland beef, bio Parmesan, dill spread, steak pepper, caesar dressing)” (EUR 15.90) turned out to be not only plenty (which I had not expected) but also quite good in terms of quality of the food.

The place itself is a ‘salad bar’ so you have to get your food at the counter and cannot sit down and get served. However, that’s fine as the ‘production’ of the ordered salad happens relatively quickly which is nice. In terms of atmosphere, I’m a bit torn as there are small tables inside where you can take a seat but there are also small tables outside. So, I think for take-away it’s a pretty perfect solution. However, to sit down and have a proper meal, I would probably recommend to go somewhere else.
