Specialties from Hamburg: Business Class Flight LH1185 ZRH – FRA (14. November 2021)

| February 2, 2022 | 0 Comments

I’m not a big fan of business class inner-European flights in terms of what you get served but once in a while you’re positively surprised like today. Apparently, it’s the few weeks where you get each week another regional specialty and today it was from Hamburg, i.e. “beetroot potato terrine with smoked salmon trout, cucumber and creamy egg yolk” and “whole-grain and semolina mousse with elder flower jelly, cassis quenelle and yogurt sponge” which didn’t look all too appealing but was actually super delicious.

The flight itself is relatively boring and nothing special in terms of comfort but the staff was friendly and making sure that you would have all you needed within no time. All in all, if it’s part of a connecting flight to catch a long-haul business or first class flight, it’s fine to take such a flight.
