Not my first choice in terms of hotels: Breakfast Bar @ Moxy Lausanne City (5. January 2022)
What you see is what you get when it comes to the Moxy Lausanne City. Unfortunately, Switzerland is low on Marriott hotels with decent pricing – the Moxy fulfils that but it’s basically a 3-star hotel which offers the very basic like a simple selection of yogurt, cold cuts, veggies …
… bread, butter, jam …
… cereals …
… and coffee to help yourself for breakfast.
The place is supposed to be hip and modern but not really anything you want to experience as a business traveler.
Considering the price, i.e., CHF 15.00, for breakfast, the selection is okay but it’s far from a breakfast experience you want to repeat.
All in all, the Moxy is a simple hotel with a simple selection of dishes – nothing wrong with that but definitely not something to repeat.
