An absolutely decent option for a business lunch: Restaurant Palavrion (10. January 2022)

| March 26, 2022 | 0 Comments

The Palavrion remains a safe bet for a quick business lunch. I decided to go for a “steak burger (roastbeef, mountain cheese, oven onions, Philadelphia, mayonnaise, cucumbers)” (CHF 33.95) which was nice since the patty was juicy and full of flavor – enriched by the cheese and onios. Definitely a great bite for lunch – but also one which would make you ‘pass out’ afterwards. The fries were okay but could have been crispier.

The “caesar salad” (CHF 6.95) which I took as a side dish turned out to be massive – frankly, I hadn’t expected that it would be so big but it turned out to be quite a portion. The salad itself was good – a simple caesar salad without chicken. Enjoyable. Simple.

All in all, the Palavrion remains a great place for a quick business lunch in a decent atmosphere and with friendly service. Just make sure to book your table in advance as else you might not score a table.
