Good as always but quality is highly dependent on staff: Restaurant Coco Grill & Bar (25. July 2022)

If you’re looking for a nice, relaxing place to enjoy lunch outside while not being fried by the sun, I can definitely recommend you the Coco Grill & Bar – important: Book your table in advance. I went for the “menu salad” to start, which was – as always – quite nice since it has a lot of different ingredients making it absolutely enjoyable.

The “beef rib eye with chick pea lentil salad and grilled vegetables” (CHF 44.50) is a bit heavy in terms of pricing when it comes to a lunch, but since the quality of the dish is great, i.e., the meat is tender and luscious, it works quite well anyway.

The staff in the Coco is friendly and attentive – but lately they must have hired some new staff, and they are not yet fully aligned with the standard of the Coco as I know it. A little inattentive and somehow not really working with much of a smile on their face (and making you feel it) is not really how I enjoy Coco usually.
