A decent ‘second’ breakfast option: Restaurant São Raphael @ Pine Cliffs Hotel, a Luxury Collection Resort, Algarve (27. December 2022)
Since the Pine Cliffs Hotel consists of Residences, Ocean Suites, and the actual hotel, there are quite a few people who need to be fed every morning. Hence, there is a ‘second breakfast restaurant’ which is more of a meeting room re-modelled to a ‘breakfast room’. The offering is quite generous, ranging from pastries to cereals and nuts …
… to breads …
… cold cuts, fish, cheeses, as well as vegetables (which change on a daily basis) …
… as well as fresh honey from the honey comb …
… or a bunch of warm dishes like bacon, sausages, hash browns, eggs, …
… as well as an omelet station, which is run by a very friendly and helpful omelet station chef …
… and last but not least, you get a bit of fresh fruit as well.
The place is simple, and as mentioned, more a meeting room re-modelled into a breakfast room, so not the most appealing place by itself, however, it’s quite nice since it’s a bit quieter and the staff is friendly and helpful.
