Quite an outstanding shisha in a simple place: Marbaiya Café (18. March 2023)
Since the Grosvenor House doesn’t offer shisha on premise until like 7pm, I decided to look for a place which is close and found the Marbaiya Café, which offers “double apple shisha” (89.00 AED), which was exquisite. It’s smooth, doesn’t harm throat. Now, what could be better is the service, since you have to actively wave for the shisha guy to change the charcoal. And the place was basically empty back then. Hence, this is definitely something, which could be improved.
The “fresh watermelon juice” (35.00 AED) and “sparkling water” (20.00 AED) are both thus good to be enjoyed with the shisha.
All in all, the Marbaiya Café is nice to enjoy a shisha during the day and unwind a bit.
