11. July 2011: X-Tra Club
The X-Tra offers parties and concerts on a weekly basis. I was there to see Molotov, a Mexican band (pre-sale: CHF 54.00; evening: CHF 60.00). The club itself is somewhat okay as in the middle in front you can find the stage where the band actually plays. Also, usually you can go to the second floor and watch from there (or have a drink from there).
Half a litre of beer costs CHF 8.50 which I consider rather expensive and the service at the bar is also pretty slow. Personally, the X-Tra is not my piece of cake but the concerts they’re sometimes hosting are pretty cool, therefore, I can recommend going there for the sake’s of hearing the band you like, otherwise, not so recommendable.
