14. July 2011: Restaurant SixtySix Grill & Dine

| July 24, 2011 | 0 Comments

The Reef & Beef event taking place every Thursday in the Restaurant SixtySix Grill & Dine of the Sheraton Arabellapark Hotel is absolutely persuading! You get to eat starters, many different meats, a nice selection of seafood, and deserts from the buffet.

The selection of starters is pretty nice – only there is not really that much salad too choose from. Other than that, the starters are good.

Besides the regular mediterranean buffet, you also get to choose some dishes with an Asian touch. Not bad either.

The deserts which are offered look absolutely tasty too. To be frank, I didn’t try them but they definitely looked appealing.

You get to choose the meat directly from the buffet where you put it on the plate. You hand over the plate to the chef who will prepare your meat according to your wishes. Then, the plate is served to the table accompanied by an oven potatoe with creme fraiche and a selection of Asian-like prepared vegetables. And the meat is truly great – usually, for only EUR 26.00 I would expect low-quality meat if you get to choose from such a large number of different meats, but frankly, the meat is absolutely great. So, if you’re ever hungry, like meat, and don’t want to spend a fortune, the Reef & Beef experience at the Restaurant SixtySix Grill & Dine is absolutely recommendable.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is quite nice as it’s spacious, so you have your privacy (or at least kind of), the design is appealing, the waitress is nice and friendly but doesn’t get jokes  really.

Overall, if you have time and the possibility and like meat, you should go – it is a great experience, really!
