A very decent breakfast option when you’re staying here: Restaurant The Harbour Club Amsterdam Zuid (14. June 2023)
The good thing, when you go early for breakfast, is the basically untouched buffet, so you get to see it in its full beauty. The buffet consists of a nice selection of vegetables, olives …
… tons of cold cuts, fish, and cheeses …
… as well as a nice fruit selection …
… yogurts …
… fruit and juices …
… as well as the savoury part like eggs, bacon and cereals. So, in a nutshell, you get everything you need and want for a full board breakfast. Not the most luscious selection I’ve had in all my hotel experiences, but a very decent and nice selection.
And what is nice, on top of the selection, is the interior design of the place. It’s a harbour club, and well, that’s what it is. It feels like a place, which is very alive during the days and especially in summer, when you’re sitting outside. So, when you’re staying at the Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, then it’s definitely worth having breakfast at The Harbour Club.
