A nice bar with a decent selection of gin-based drinks: House of Gin (23. June 2023)
Before another food moment, it was time to get a break with drinks, so the House of Gin sounded like a good place to do so. When you go there around 6pm, it’s relatively empty, but they are swift and friendly, making sure you have everything you want and need. I went for the “Gin & Jam (Pink 1689 Gin, Rose Vermouth, cherry, lemongrass, lime, foam, lemon balm)” (EUR 17.50) first, which was a nice drink, but it was rather fruity (even a bit too much for my gusto).
Hence, I went for “The Infinity G&T (citrus)” (EUR 15.50), which was then a bit too straight forward after the other one.
In any case, the selection of drinks at the House of Gin is a nice one, and the two drinks I’ve tried were actually enjoyable, so, I can recommend you to try those when you’re there. If you come later during the evening/night, make sure to book a table in advance.
