A nice location, but lack of flavour when it comes to meat: Restaurant Les Sales Gosses (24. August 2023)

| October 15, 2023 | 0 Comments

The Les Sales Gosses has a nice little terrace with high tables where you can comfortably sit outside when the weather is nice. If it’s too hot, as it was that day, it becomes a bit tricky, though, to sit outside. I went for the “tagliata de boeuf (faux-filet tranché, roquette, Grana Padano et antipasti maison)” (CHF 42.00), which was okay. I mean, the meat wasn’t bad, but it really lacked somehow the flavour you would want it to have. Sure, it was good in terms of texture, and it wasn’t bad in terms of taste, but looking at all the meat I’ve eaten in my life, this somehow just feel short while technically absolutely being okay.

The staff is definitely friendly, but they are also slow – so it took us a good while until we were able to place our order. So, to sum it up – atmospherically nice, the rest has room for improvement.
