Quick business lunch option with tasty dishes and friendly service: Restaurant 1 Komma 7 (4. September 2023)
Whenever I go to the Restaurant 1 Komma 7, I find the experience quite lovely. All in all, especially for lunch, they make sure you have everything you want and need within a very reasonable amount of time. I went for the “soup of the day” (CHF 11.70) to get started, which was sufficiently tasty and got your palate started. To be entirely fair, it took them a bit until they were able to pick up our order, but once that was achieved, the serving of the dishes happened relatively quickly.
As a main course, I decided to go for “Huy’s salad bowl (beans, edamame, spring onions, watermelon, mint, rocket salad)” (CHF 21.70) with “chicken” (CHF 9.00), which was quite decent. I mean, the size isn’t massive, but the food is actually good and enjoyable.
In summer, it’s definitely worth sitting outside in the little patio as it allows you to take in some sunshine, which isn’t a given these days. The staff is friendly and generally attentive – even jovial while remaining professional. All in all, the experience at the 1 Komma 7 is a good one for lunch: Good food, fair prices, nice atmosphere, and friendly service.
