A place for a relatively quick lunch: Restaurant Laurent Exbrayat (21. September 2023)
The Laurent Exbrayat is more of a coffee shop than a proper restaurant, but they still offer a few dishes for lunch. I decided to go for the “chicken salad with rosemary and honey” (CHF 22.00) and it was actually surprisingly good. The chicken was tender and rich in flavour – the salad had a nice combination of different ingredients, and this made it, all in all, a nice meal.
The place is rather small, and it gets crowded easily, but the staff is friendly and actually makes sure you have everything you want and need within no time. I had asked if they can guarantee that the food will be served swiftly – and they delivered. All in all, the Laurent Exbrayat is not necessarily the fanciest of places for lunch, but it offers decent food and is quick for lunch.
