Decent and relatively quick lunch experience: Restaurant Nooba Europaallee (18. October 2023)
Simple and relatively quick – that’s the summary of having lunch at the Nooba Europallee. I went for the “Bibim Myun (beef stripes, yam noodles, kimchi, young spinach, onsen egg, carrots, soy sprouts, salad, sesame, Kocyu Jyan sauce)” (CHF 29.90) and I must say, I liked it. It wasn’t the best kind of noodle dish I’ve ever had, especially, since I’m not that big a fan of glass noodles, but it was overall enjoyable and the combination of textures and flavours worked.
The place works mainly on a walk-in basis, so you need to make sure to be there on time (or book well in advance). Our waiter was friendly and took up the order swiftly, but it took the kitchen quite a while to prepare the food, which was a bit annoying. In any case, the place is decent overall. Nothing, which blows your mind, but functional and ain’t too bad for lunch.
