Delicious pulled beef burger in a limited privacy setting: Restaurant AuGust (24. November 2023)

| January 13, 2024 | 0 Comments

It’s about 1.5 years ago since I’ve last been to the AuGust, so I was quite curious to try the AuGust again. Given they have their own burger, I decided to give the “AuGust Burger (pulled Swiss beef from the Château de Raymontpierre farm, rocket salad, red onions)” (CHF 29.00) with “bacon” (CHF 3.00) and “creamy spinach” (CHF 8.00) and I must admit, I did like the burger. The pulled beef is definitely delicious – a bit messy to eat – but super enjoyable. The slaw, which was served with the burger, works well. And the creamy spinach was lovely as well.

The interior of the place is nice, but it comes with the challenge that the tables are quite close to each other, hence, you don’t really have much privacy when having lunch here. Other than that, the place is nice, and the staff is friendly and swift in helping you, making sure you have everything you want and need for lunch. Given the place is quite booked out, make sure to book the table in advance.
