Decent food, but much better for the evening and morning game drives: Restaurant @ Aquila Private Game Reserve (3. December 2023)

| January 25, 2024 | 0 Comments

You don’t go to the Aquila Private Game Reserve for the food, but for the animals, and let me tell you, the evening game drive and the morning game drive are both worth doing (and are included in your package when you book accommodation). However, the lunch upon arrival was actually not too bad as you got a good selection of different things, and they were okay in terms of quality and diversity.

They even have quite decent desserts, which I had not expected, so, when you are staying at the Aquila Private Game Reserve, make sure that you also take the opportunities to try the different food moments.

All in all, definitely the place for a game drive or two, not far away from Cape Town (~120 minutes drive), and the food is decent too.
