An amazing view, but a mediocre breakfast experience: Restaurant @ Clouds Estate (7. December 2023)
Staying at the Clouds Estate is generally speaking a good idea as you have nice villas for a relatively fair price, and you have a lovely view over the whole valley – so, worth doing so. Now, if you want to enjoy breakfast here, then it is not entirely the same. Sure, they offer a breakfast, but for what you pay (especially considering, we’re talking about South Africa), it’s a bit disappointing.
At least their ‘eggs Benedict’ are quite decent.
Unfortunately, the service isn’t really up to the task either as you have to be quite patient with everything really.
However, the place is nice and the view from the place is even nicer, so, it has that going for itself.
