A relatively disappointing hotel bar experience: Ping’s Bar @ Marriott Chiang Mai (19. December 2023)

| February 27, 2024 | 0 Comments

Given it was not entirely easy to find a fitting location for drinks, we decided to have a drink at the bar in the hotel, and the “Thai Sabai (Mekhong spiced rum, lemon, Thai basil, lime juice, sugar, soda)” (350 THB) was somewhat okay. I mean, frankly, the drink is okay, but it is definitely far from ‘exciting’ or ‘amazing’.

The atmosphere is nice, but it is not really a place where you want to spend hours and hours. The service is relatively inattentive, and you have to actively call for them so they will take up your order. All in all, the Ping’s Bar experience that evening wasn’t really outstanding.
