Trying a bao bun the other way – off the streets: Bánh bao Mỹ Hạnh (22. December 2023)

Next in line was something called “Bánh bao” (20’000 VND), which is kind of a bao bun with some simple stuffing.

In this case, it wasn’t all that simple because it included “quail egg, mushroom and pork”, so, it was rather intense in flavour, but I must admit it was also quite enjoyable.
