A lovely location for streetfood sweets: Hoa Quả Dầm Hoa Béo (22. December 2023)

Last but not least, it was time for desserts, however, I felt like I have had enough already, so I only went for one. The “sticky black rice with coconut yogurt” (30’000 VND) is surprisingly tasty, though. What makes it so great is the fact that it is not too sweet, like so often. The combination of the very smooth texture of the yogurt and the rather gooey texture of the sticky rice is definitely interesting.

The menu is as simple as it gets – it’s right there, hung on the street walls, and you get to order what you want (you also, luckily, get a menu with pictures, so you can pick what you want by pointing at it).

So, if you’re up for sweets, this place is one worth visiting.
