A great breakfast selection spread over the whole floor: Restaurant Oriental Pearl @ Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection (31. December 2023)
The breakfast selection at the Oriental Pearl is really quite excessive. The only challenge is that the different food stations are kind of distributed over the whole floor, and since it is a bit ‘cornery’, it’s not entirely easy to find everything with the first try. But once you have done that, there is really something for everyone here, ranging from a variety of different cereals …
… to fresh fruit …
… various cold cuts, which are cut nicely right in front of your eyes …
… more fresh fruit and a luscious salad bar …
… the mandatory selection of sweets …
… your noodle station and the typical Vietnamese dish ‘Banh Mi’, which is actually quite delicious in this particular place.
Furthermore, you will find all kinds of different cuts and small bites to improve your food experience …
… the regular toast with jams and spreads …
… pancakes and waffles of course …
… as well as all kinds of ingredients you could potentially want to add to your dishes …
… fried rice, soups, stews …
… hash browns, fried noodles, …
… a variety of meat pieces, sausages, bacon …
… and fruit juices, which are well-hidden, though, at the other end of the restaurant. Once you have found everything, you’ll be happy enough to enjoy your breakfast to the fullest extent possible.
On top of that, the restaurant is located on the 66th floor of the Landmark 81 tower, so it provides quite a marvellous view onto the city of Ho Chi Minh City, that is, given, the weather is decent, which it very often isn’t as the air pollution is quite massive. Other than that, the service is quite exquisite and makes sure you have everything you need and want during breakfast.
