A great signature cocktail in a busy side street: Harry‘s Cocktail Bar (4. January 2023)

Next in line was Harry’s Cocktail Bar a few blocks down the road – and while the place only looked limitedly like a cocktail bar, the selection was slightly bigger than in the previous place. And the “Harry’s Sling (gin, dom, cranberry, lime, cherry brandy, passion)” (USD 5.75), apparently, their signature cocktail, was quite enjoyable. Good thing is that we went during happy hour, so it ended up being half the price (which is a great bargain with USD 2.87 for a drink!

The place is quite nice upstairs, but obviously, it was empty, since people would sit outside. As always, there were ACs and fans everywhere, so you had to turn it down.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and made sure you would have your drinks within no time. The downside here was that you are not able to settle your bill by credit card, but actually need to pay cash. Luckily, and more or less by coincidence, I had withdrawn some cash before, so it worked out.
