20. December 2011: Restaurant Chi Noodle

| December 21, 2011 | 0 Comments

The grilled beef soup with ramen (thick noodles; GBP 8.20) is quite a big portion for lunch. The beef is peppered pretty strongly but is very tasteful. The soup itself is more like a stock soup but it is quite spicy due to the fact that they put quite some chillies in it. In any case, it is not that easy to eat with chopsticks if you have noodles and bean sprouts to eat. Overall, the Grilled Beef is definitely very tasty.

The place is nice but very simple in decoration. The waitress was friendly and helpful. What was a bit getting on my nerves was the fact that we had to wait about 30 mintues until we got served our meals. So, overall, if you have time to wait, it is perfect to have a quick and pretty cheap lunch (with a big portion).
