20. December 2011: Patisserie Valerie

| December 22, 2011 | 0 Comments

There is a reason why a patisserie is a patisserie and not a restaurant so I have to blame it on myself. But honestly, you should not eat “regular” food at the patisserie valerie. I decided to have a Cesar Salad with chicken (GBP 9.50). It was a wrong decision. The chicken was a compressed something, the salad was not that fresh, the sauce came right out of the pre-made sauce canister. So, I think I do not have to say anything in addition.

In any case, the place is okay and supposedly (that’s what my companies said) very good for pastry. The waiter was as friendly as he had to be and the place is okay but definitely nothing outstanding. So, if you want to have pastry, from what I saw and heard, go, if you want to have something else, do not go. The salad was eatable, but that is it already.
