22. March 2012: Pension Schmidt Bar
About one year ago, the Pension Schmidt Bar was the Milch und Honig Lounge which apparently shut down over the last year. The place is newly decorated and the result is pretty nice. The interior is design like in an old tea lounge – very appealing over all.
The drinks were quite good (I went for Vodka lemon where you cannot exactly do anything wrong) and accordingly strong. The service was okay given the fact that there were about 200 people trying to get drinks from about 3 bar tenders. So, overall, I have to say, the Pension Schmidt Bar does a nice job.
I did not have the chance to experience it during the day but I must admit that it definitely looked appealing and that I can totally imagine that it is nice to have a cup of tea or two during the day.
