22. July 2012: Restaurant Ständige Vertretung

| July 29, 2012 | 0 Comments

If eating out averagely and having very slow service is what you are looking for then you should go to the Restaurant Ständige Vertretung. The “Large mixed salad platter with raw vegetables and leafy salad, served with roasted slices of Angus beef” (EUR 12.80) was very average. The salad was absolutely nothing special, the meat was grilled too long so it was chewy. And I had to wait for this dish for more than 30 minutes.

The beer (Kölsch; EUR 2.55) is fine though – at least that one took them only 10 minutes to bring it to the table. The place is okay as it is located close the the Rhine shore. But other than that, I can definitely recommend you not to go there and eat.
