21. September 2012: Restaurant Tiffins
To find such a combination in the Seefeld area of Zurich is an exception – a restaurant where you can have lunch which is actually tasty, enough so you will not be hungry again after two hours and which does not cost a fortune. I had the “Chicken Satay (chicken, satay peanut sauce, vegetables)” for CHF 19.50 and the meal was definitely good. The meat was yummy, the sauce as well and even the vegetables were prepared in a nice way.
The place is nice and simple, the waiters and waitresses are generally speaking friendly and quick (only when we ordered the bill it seemed to take a while to add up all we ate. In any case, the Restaurant Tiffins is definitely a great place for business lunch – quick, tasty, comparatively cheap (mineral water, 0,25L, CHF 4.00) and in a nice environment with good service.
