20. November 2012: Bristol Bar

| November 24, 2012 | 0 Comments

The Hotel Bristol is located right next to the opera and I figured I should give it a try! I went for a Jalapeno Mary (EUR 14.50) which is basically a Bloody Mary but just in a spicy way. It took the waiter quite some time to actually prepare the drink but I must admit it was good! Definitely recommendable and went quite well with the wasabi peanuts served.

The Bristol Bar’s furniture and decor is – well, let’s say – oldish. I do not know when the hotel was built but it is definitely some decades ago. It is not looking shabby but one must like this kind of interior to feel comfortable around here. The cushions are plushy and soft – so a good place to actually sit down and relax. The bartender was friendly, helpful – but it took him some time to actually prepare the drinks as stated.
