8. September 2010: Odeon Bar
The Odeon bar is situated close to Bellevue and right next to the Limmat river. Therefore, it’s easily reachable by various means of transportation. In its vicinity are the terrasse, the restaurant Le Cèdre Bellevue, and the Ristorante Molino-Select Zürich Limmat-Quai.
The place looks okay from the outside but much better from the inside. It’s all held in red marble and the chairs and tables are covered with leather the old-fashioned way.
The waiters are friendly but it takes them a bit until they provide you with the ordered. The wine provided is okay and the price is also (CHF 7 per glass).
The Odeon Bar is a nice place to just have a couple of drinks in the evening. The atmosphere is nice, the service is okay and the prices are low for Zurich.
