Great breakfast at a hotel with teething issues: Restaurant Seeblick @ Precise Resort Bad Saarow (29. July 2022)
It’s approximately 10 years ago since I’ve last been to this property. Back then, it was the A-Rosa Sport & Spa Resort (see reviews here and here). During Corona, the place was closed down and was now re-opened as the Precise Resort Bad Saarow. So, naturally, I was curious to experience the place when it was still fresh. To say the least, they are not fully in swing yet when it comes to rooms, cleaning, etc. – there is a way to go. Given it literally had opened about two weeks back only, I suppose that’s okay. One thing I would like to mention though, which is super annoying, is the fact that there is a ‘super bright night light’ in the room, and you cannot switch it off. Which makes sleeping not really something where you wake up refreshed afterwards.
In any case, the breakfast buffet is quite decent with a lot of tasty dishes ranging from cold cuts, fish, spreads …
… to vegetables, pre-made salads, pickled vegetables, as well as fruit and yogurt …
… and fresh fruit …
… cheeses …
… more cheeses …
… as well as a lactose and vegan corner …
… a wide selection of different cereals and breads …
… and fruit juices. So, you really find anything you need and want here – a great selection for breakfast. And it’s all included in the price.
One element I’d like to highlight is the “ham and cheese omelet”! I have tried and enjoyed many ham and cheese omelets over the years, but this was definitely one of the best. Also, quite a massive one in terms of size but it was absolutely delicious!
All in all, the Preceise Resort Bad Saarow is a nice place to unwind – there are still some teething issues, but nothing which will not possibly be fixed over time! Worth trying if you’re in the vicinity!
