27. November 2011: Restaurant Vapiano
A large mixed salad (CHF 16.50) with beef stripes (CHF 5.00) is as good as it usually is in a Vapiano – no matter if in Stockholm (Restaurang Vapiano) or in Munich (Restaurant Vapiano). So, quality is reliable, sound and good. Definitely nothing to complain there.
The place itself is also pretty nice – the picture makes it look a bit better than it is though. It is not as spacious as the picture suggests but it is still pretty nice overall. What is not so great though is the price. Usually, I am not saying anything against Swiss prices but considering that it is exactly the same product as in Sweden or in Germany, I must admit that I consider it too expensive to pay a total of CHF 21.50 against about EUR 9.00 (which equals around CHF 11.25 – so pretty much half the price).
Overall, if you do not mind the price, the Vapiano is a good place to go – if you are a bit price-conscious you should go to Vapiano in another country than Switzerland.
