19. March 2013: Restaurant Vapiano

| March 24, 2013 | 0 Comments

I haven’t been to Vapiano in quite a while and I must say it was good to not go there. I mean, the food is still fine and the seasonal specials are – on average – pretty good too but overall, it is just average food. In any case, the “Pepper Ginger Soup” (EUR 4.00, large bowl) I had was fine. It had real pieces of pepper and ginger in it and it was tasty overall.

The “Mixed Salad with Beef Stripes” (around EUR 9.00) was good as usual – nothing outstanding, fresh ingredients, fine sauce. Just average regular salad but at least fresh.

The place itself is fine, it is spacious (which is not so typical for Vapiano) and they have enough people working there so you will not have to wait for hours and hours to actually get your food (even around midday peak time). Overall, fine place as all other Vapiano’s I have tried before (Stockholm, Munich I and II, Zurich and Bonn I and II).
